Fundraising for Jazzy’s Gestures
Fundraiser Agreement
Thank you so much for your interest in raising funds for Jazzy’s Gestures. We are incredibly grateful for your support.
To help ensure all fundraising activities run smoothly, safely and in line with our values, we ask that anyone fundraising for us agrees to the following guidelines.
If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these guidelines on your behalf and support you in following them.
Our Friendly Fundraising Guidelines
· You will be fundraising in aid of Jazzy’s Gestures as an independent supporter.
· When promoting your event or activity, please clearly state that you are fundraising “in aid of Jazzy’s Gestures” rather than “on behalf of Jazzy’s Gestures.”
· You will organise and manage your own event or activity, including all planning and arrangements. We’re always happy to offer encouragement and general guidance where we can.
· If you would like to use the Jazzy’s Gestures name, logo, or any associated images, please email us at contact@jazzysgestures.com to request written permission and let us know how you plan to use them.
· By signing up to fundraise, you’re happy for us to contact you to offer support and check in on how things are going.
· If you share photos or videos from your fundraiser with us, you’re confirming that everyone featured has given permission for Jazzy’s Gestures to use them for awareness and fundraising purposes, including on our website and social media.
· You are responsible for ensuring your event is safe, including carrying out any necessary risk assessments and taking reasonable steps to protect everyone involved.
· You agree to follow any relevant laws and obtain any licences or permissions required (for example, for raffles, lotteries or selling alcohol).
· Please note that Jazzy’s Gestures’ insurance does not cover independent fundraising events.
· We kindly ask that all fundraising activities reflect the values and spirit of Jazzy’s Gestures.
· In rare circumstances where guidelines are not followed, we may need to ask for fundraising activity to stop.

Referrals & Eligibility
Who can receive support?
We support families throughout a child’s cancer treatment and for up to six months after treatment, within each calendar year.
How can a family access support?
Referrals can be made by healthcare professionals, support workers, or other trusted organisations.
Can families refer themselves?
No – referrals must come through a professional
Is there a cost?
No, all gestures are provided free of charge.
